Total bullshit! No man would stand for that humiliation nor would a wife who truly loved her husband ever do that to him!

If he couldn’t afford corrective counseling then a prescription for Wellbutrin would solve one problem but would add another. Taking Wellbutrin stops all ejaculations but not the good feelings. He could last forever.
And under a Dr.s supervision he could go off that medication long enough to have some fun himself.

Thank you for this beautiful and amazing and inspiring story. Sadly I can relate to the narrators story from the sight loss situation. My wife is elderly and has suffered from glaucoma for nearly 40 years and then 4 years ago she suffered a ‘detached retina’ in her right eye. She had 2 operations although in the 2nd it was successfuly attached due to everything else she is virtually blind in that eye and limited vision in her left and is now registered ‘Severely Sight Impaired’ life has been tough and still is with the readjustment required. So thank you for this amazing story.

The idea that Hathaway is going blind from cataracts just does not make sense. For many years now artificial lens implants have become an everyday occurrence. Perhaps the illness has been misrepresented to protect his identity. The real illness might be macular degeneration, special types of glaucoma, or retinitis pigmentosa, to mention a few common but devastating causes of blindness. However, cataracts causing blindness these days is unbelievable.
The story itself, is fantastically good, especially if it is autobiographical. The premise of a return to a matriarchy with its benefits is excellent. We guys have botched our care of the planet and civilization with our macho nonsense. The West has been bad enough, but it is nothing compared to the Islamic premises for civilization, especially their treatment of women.

There is a drug called flibanserin that is basically the female viagra. However, it is just now being resubmitted for approval by the FDA because it interfered with the ability to drive, among other things. The key difference between flibanserin and viagra is that flibanserin works on the central nervous system rather than the autonomic nervous system. It is actually an antidepressant that targets a wide range of disruped neural pathways which contribute to hypoactive sexual desire in women.
Beyond that, though, Wellbutrin can work for women's libido as well because it affects dopamine levels in such a way that contributes to the proper activation of the reward circuitry of the brain. This theoretically facilitates the behavioral aspects which reinforce the desire to engage in sexual activity over time. One other thing to consider is utilizing the effects of oxytocin release to stir up the desire for sexual intimacy. Try engaging your partner in a long embrace, upwards of 20 seconds, just holding each other close. By the end of that 20 seconds, you might be surprised by how elevated your heart rate and breathing gets and you may even feel butterflies in your stomach. Another way is to just sit together in silence for 10 minutes in the dark while holding hands. It is almost like mutual meditation, where you become hypersensitive to your partner's contact with your skin, so much so that it blots out your other thoughts and adds a sense of anticipation. The key to all of this is to cultivate mindfulness and learn to be completely in the moment. Meditation, in general can help a lot in this respect, and remember, the enemy of libido is stress. Too much stress and your body literally loses the biochemical capacity for generating and sustaining desire.

I am not clear on which aspect of the story triggered your sensitivity to PTSD. Unfortunately, by posting anonymously, I can't have an offline discussion with you about my personal experiences with PTSD, ADHD, ODD, OCD, Bipolar 2, Schizophrenia (or MPD or DID if you prefer), alcoholism (both active and recovering), Anxiety disorder and so forth, and the medications used to treat them, including non-medicinal Ego Therapy.
I also can't discuss with you the recreational use of various drugs including barbiturates, amphetamines, tranquilizers, hallucinogenics, sedatives, psychotropics, narcotics and others. I assure you, I have the requisite experience.
If you are considering Sandy as a victim of PTSD, you are missing the point. There was no traumatic incident in her past which would be causal. She developed a split personality (think Jekyll and Hyde, if you will) as a coping mechanism for her Wild Child side which kept getting her in trouble. She would be a prime candidate for Ego Therapy, if she were willing.
Regarding your comment regarding weed, both marijuana and alcohol both lower inhibitions and interfere with sexual response. If you need a literary reference, please see Macbeth, Act 2, Scene 3. In small amounts and coupled with a stimulant such as dexedrine, marijuana can be used to alleviate the symptoms of premature ejaculation. THC has been shown to help with diseases like glaucoma and cancer.
I empathize with your PTSD issue. It has destroyed many lives. And personally, the VA isn't doing a very good job helping our returning servicemen and women who suffer its effects. It just doesn't apply to this story. I hope you can understand this.
